These details facilitate a customized demo experience and inform you of our subscription offerings, pursuant to our legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6.1(f). Consent for newsletter subscription is obtained separately under GDPR Article 6.1(a).

Account and Profile Setup
Platform registration necessitates submission of personal and professional information to activate LinkedIn automation features. This includes consent or another legal basis for using LinkedIn credentials as per GDPR Article 6. Account data aids in:

  • Account management and user authentication, as obligated by our contractual terms (GDPR Article 6.1(b));
  • Communication regarding platform operations (GDPR Article 6.1(b));
  • Platform efficiency analysis (GDPR Article 6.1(f));
  • Marketing communications upon consent (GDPR Article 6.1(a)).

Inactive accounts will see their data deleted or anonymized 12 months following the last activity.


Platform Functionality
Via the platform, you will be able to perform different actions to automate your marketing activities on LinkedIn. We will store and process the following categories of information:
  • tasks that you create and manage on the platform;
  • messages that you send via LinkedIn, including date and time of messages, information about recipients, and messages content;
  • messages that you send to other users of the platform, which also includes the date and time of messages, recipients, and messages content.

User actions on the Platform, including task management and messaging activities, are stored to fulfill our contractual obligations (GDPR Article 6.1(b)) or, when involving third-party LinkedIn accounts, under legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6.1(f)).


Payments
Subscription payments are facilitated through account settings, with automatic renewals until cancellation. This process, alongside the retention of financial data for analysis and legal compliance, is grounded in contractual necessity and legitimate interest (GDPR Articles 6.1(b), 6.1(f), and 6.1(c)).

Technical Support
User interactions with our support channels contribute to our contractual obligations and our aim to enhance the Platform, based on GDPR Articles 6.1(b) and 6.1(f).

We utilize third-party software providers for analytics, email notifications, technical support, cloud hosting, advertisement, response forms, app integrations, and webinar platforms. These providers process personal data based on our instructions.
